This is a foldable gift box designed to be printed flat and assembled after printing. It’s perfect for gift wrapping, party favors, or organizing small items. No glue is required—simply print, fold, and snap it together!

Features

• No Supports Required: Since it prints flat on the bed, there is no need for messy support structures or post-processing.

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PLA or PETG. (Note: PETG is highly recommended if you plan to open and close the box frequently, as it is more flexible and durable at the fold lines.)
• Layer Height: 0.16mm
• Wall Loops: 2–3
• Infill: 15% – 20%
• Important Tip: When folding for the first time, please do it slowly and carefully to ensure the hinges "break in" properly without snapping.

How to Assemble

1. Carefully remove the print from the build plate.
2. Pre-bend all the fold lines gently to loosen the hinges.
3. Insert the tabs into the designated slots to lock the box into shape. No glue needed!

By using a 3D Effect Plate, you can achieve the finish shown in the uploaded photos (the example photos feature a Carbon Fiber texture).

【印刷設定のアドバイス】

• 素材 (Material): PLA または PETG (※何度も開け閉めする場合は、粘り強いPETGがおすすめです。)
• 層の高さ (Layer Height): 0.16mm
• 壁のライン数 (Wall Loops): 2-3
• インフィル (Infill): 15% - 20%
• ヒンジ部分: 最初の1回目に折り曲げる際は、ゆっくり丁寧に行うと綺麗に仕上がります。

【組み立て方 / Assembly】

1. 印刷後、ビルドプレートからゆっくり剥がします。
2. 折り線に沿って一度すべての箇所を軽く折り曲げます。
3. 角のツメを差し込んで完成です
