Apache 2800 Boombox All-In-One Insert

The bigger brother to the 1800 insert! This 3-piece modular system gives you organized mounting for all boombox electronics in the Apache 2800 case. Build everything on your workbench, test it completely, then drop the finished assembly into your case. No more working in cramped spaces!

Also available: Apache 1800 version for smaller builds

Note: The version shown in photos includes custom 'Shimmy's Customs' branding. The STL files provided have blank surfaces so you can add your own personalization or leave them clean.

Hardware Required:

• 7x M4 x 10mm socket head screws
• 7x M4 heat-set inserts
• 3M Dual Lock fasteners

• Apache 2800 hard case
• KBT 24V 4Ah battery
• ZK-1001U amplifier
• Standard USB charge ports, DC jacks, switches, and speaker connectors

Print Notes:

• Designed and tested with PETG (recommended for durability and strength)
• Printed on Anycubic Kobra 3, compatible with any FDM printer
• Heat-set inserts required
• STL files have blank surfaces for your own customization
• Complete assembly guide included (PDF)

Assembly Process:

1. Install heat-set inserts
2. Mount all components
3. Complete wiring and test
4. Assemble three pieces together
5. Drop into case and secure with duallock
