This version of my lockable gift box features a raw wood finish, with a carefully crafted texture designed to reproduce the look of rough sawn wood, slightly irregular and natural.
The texture is intentionally different depending on the area:
- Sides: wood grain with organic, flowing veins
- Edges: rough, torn fibers for a more authentic “cut wood” appearance
- Ribbon and bow: smooth surfaces to create a clean contrast with the wood
