I took a different approach with this project. Instead of simply drawing shapes based on fixed geometry, I used math to simulate actual water crystal growth.

Using OpenSCAD, this generator creates unique, geometrically accurate snowflakes based on the text seeds you provide. You can generate a single flake, or use the full_plate script to populate a whole build plate at once. You can also choose to include a hanging loop (eyelet) if you would like to use them as ornaments.

I have also uploaded profiles with pre-rendered flakes that are ready to print!

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm, Layer Height: 0.2 mm, Plate: PEI Textured Plate

Don’t forget you can rightclick to split the single exported STL into multiple objects in Bambu Slicer.
