The smallest I could get a rag doll while still being semi posable. It is only 46 mm tall. I have only tried PLA and the joints will get a bit loose after a while. If the joints aren't moved right after coming off of the plate, they will sometimes fuse. Print in place and takes around 25 min to print. Have fun!
