🦖🔧 G1 Grimlock Neck Joint – Fixed, Upgraded, and Ready to Stomp 🔧🦖

Grimlock was my childhood powerhouse. The T. rex king. The chrome-plated badass who didn't take orders—he gave them. But restoring mine? It was going smooth… until I tried to tighten the neck.

Snap.

Clean break. Too much torque. Grimlock's mighty dino head was suddenly… decapitated.

So I did what any self-respecting nerd with a 3D printer does: I made a better one.

This is a replacement neck joint for G1 Grimlock—but with a twist (literally). Not only does it restore basic function, it upgrades it:

✅ Sliding Track – Head can move forward or backward
✅ Pose Fix – Slide it out to fix Grimlock’s classic hunched-neck stance
✅ Head Rotation – Yep, you can turn his head now
✅ Drop-in Replacement – No glue needed, works with original screws

🛠️ Print Tips:

• PLA or PETG both work
• Supports recommended for clean geometry
• Print orientation matters: follow the suggested layout for strength

Now Grimlock stands tall, proud, and less... awkwardly chicken-necked. It's subtle, but it makes a big difference in both robot and dino mode. And if you broke yours like I did? You’ve got an excuse.
