Modular Box System with Interchangeable Modules

Modular Structure

The base system consists of three printed parts:

– Two identical outer parts (top and bottom)
– One middle section

The top and bottom parts share the same dimensions and can be used interchangeably.
This allows flexible color combinations and simplifies printing and customization.

Print Profiles & Module System

Print profiles use a modular prefix system to clearly indicate their purpose:

SET – Complete Prints

SET profiles contain all required parts for a complete box.

TOP – Top Modules

TOP modules define the function of the box.

Examples:
– Standard closed top for regular storage
– Coin slot top for use as a money bank

Additional TOP modules may be released in the future.

MID – Middle Modules

MID modules define the height and internal volume of the box.

– The standard MID module fits regular trading cards
– Future MID modules may vary in height or internal layout

BTTN – Front Modules

BTTN modules define the appearance of the box front.

– Decorative only
– Optional and not required for functionality

The standard front module consists of multiple printed parts to achieve a cleaner surface finish and improved print quality.
Assembly requires glue and is intended as a permanent installation.

Optional custom BTTN modules are printed as single parts and do not require assembly.

Usage Notes

The box comfortably fits standard-sized trading cards without rigid protection.
Cards with thick protection such as top loaders or hard cases may require scaling.

– No supports required
– Recommended material: PLA / PLA+
– Layer height: 0.2 mm
– Glue required for final assembly (standard front module)
