Captain America Prototype Shield 

This variant of Captain America’s shield is inspired by Captain America: The First Avenger. The model represents the early prototype shield seen in the movie—clean, unpainted, and unmarked.

It’s the perfect choice if you’re building your own Captain America costume or if you simply appreciate the raw, industrial look of the blank vibranium shield before its iconic colors and star were added.

The full shield has a 25-inch diameter, making it suitable for cosplay, display, or prop use.

To make printing more accessible, the shield has been split into 9 pieces, each featuring built-in connector pins to ensure proper alignment and easier assembly after printing.

I also included the full shield if you want to make your own cuts.
