UPDATE 21/3/26 - I've now published Version 2 of this jig, which allows you to modify more settings, including customising the corner radius to match hinges with round corners.
This is a parametric jig for cutting hinge recesses into a door and frame. It's based on a YouTube video tutorial by Bradshaw Joinery. I will be replacing a door for a family member, and I don't have details of the hinge size, so I thought creating a parametric model would allow me to print the jig once I know the hinge size. This is definitely an experiment using the parametric tools offered by Bambu Labs and Fusion 360 - making the jig out of timber wouldn't be very difficult. I've printed a copy but haven't used it yet. The build plate orientation puts the support material onto the surface facing the router bit. Using PETG as a support interface would probably work well. Check out my adjustable router jig as well, which I'll be publishing soon.
