If your level ([https://a.co/d/j3GWXcK](https://a.co/d/j3GWXcK), they’re likely all the same [1x2x??”]) isn't the same, just make a new blank negative part for yourself.
All the pieces are left for individuation if your thickness and height measures aren't the same. I even use a piece of extra aluminum stock, then lay my tape measurer over it for the numbers.
The build premise is 1 thickness and 2x wrapper stuck to the end of a long arm that fits diagonal on the A1. Arms are rotated z-45deg, so undo that scale accordingly for new sizes. My work flow is to model all parts as real with varying filament colors back and forth Preview/Slice, then finally Change Type to Negative Pars before printing.
I had three ideas, fully open drop in, fully encased slide in, and partial control slip in (and the over designed end-cap model).
Note that arms on slider/grip are slightly asymmetric w.r.t. the dove-tail joint, and only fit nicely one way: look for perfect fit between cap and 3-sided with the dove-tails with the storage cap or the arms. Inserting the level fully locks the dove-tails.
