This is a lithophane frame that I call the lithoframe. It's perfect for house decor and it's a great gift. You can also customize it with whatever picture you want. 

Step 1: Head to a lithophane making site like lithophane maker (https://lithophanemaker.com/) or you can use the bambu makerlab tool as well (https://makerworld.com/en/makerlab/makeMyLithophane?from=makerlab).

Step 2: Select flat lithophane. This lithophane needs to be a flat lithophane or it won't work.

Step 3: Upload the image of your choice and use the following settings.

Frame options: no border

Lithophane resolution: 0.2mm

Width: 80mm

Height: 80mm

Overhang Angle: 60dg

Maximum Thickness: 3mm

Minimum Thickness: 0.6mm

Step 4: Download and print the stl file with following settings in a light color of PLA.

15% infill.

0.2mm layer height.

Don't worry about speed settings, it will print fine.

Step 5: Print the frame. Take a puck light (about 64mm in diameter) and superglue (or any method of attachment) it into the back. I found one at Dollarama in Canada that worked well but I couldn't find a link for it un.

Step 6: Slide you lithophane in the top. If you buy the perfect sized puck light, you can push on the lithophane to turn the light on. If not, just use the remote that comes with most puck lights.

I have also included an f3d file so you can edit it in fusion 360. Unfortunately the parameters still need work so it won't be as easy as typing in some values. I will do my best to work on the file so stay tuned for an updated version. Thank you!
