DIY Zipper Pull
Inspiration :
This zipper pull model was created to solve a common everyday problem — broken zipper loops. Often, the zipper head itself is still functional, but the pull tab snaps off. Instead of replacing the entire zipper, you can simply glue this 3D-printed pull onto the existing zipper head using strong adhesive. It’s a quick, cost-effective fix that saves both time and effort.

Version Differences :
I designed two versions based on possible use cases. The main difference lies in the size of the pull loop: Version 2 (V2) features a larger loop, making it ideal for luggage or heavier-duty zippers.
How to Use :
The adhesive area of the model measures 1 cm in length and 0.4 cm in width. Since zipper heads vary in size, you can adjust the model dimensions to fit your specific needs.
Before gluing, lightly sand the damaged zipper head to create a smooth surface for better adhesion. Then apply quick-drying glue to attach the pull securely — and you’re ready to go!
Printing Tips :
For best results, print with a 0.16 mm layer height and use standard supports to improve success rate. Choose any color you like — and enjoy restoring your zipper with ease!
