This simple diffuser has a one-layer thick bottom surface to diffuse light from a common desk lamp. The approximate diameter of the lampshade is 165mm, and this clips right on to the outer surface with minimal fuss, and can be removed just as easily.

I used plain white PLA, but other colors that are translucent as single layers could work if you want a colored filter effect.
