I wanted to create something super colorful and almost magical, and that’s when the idea of a magical crystal arrow popped into my head.
I love the look of translucent filaments, when you mix them with regular ones, they get this extra shine that’s hard to describe. And adding silk double‑color filaments on top makes the whole design absolutely mesmerizing.
The only catch was that I don’t own an H2C 3D printer, so I had to come up with a profile that works on regular printers. That way, instead of taking three days to print, the design can be done in just about three hours.
Still, I made both versions available: one for people with an H2C and one for those without.
I'd deffinitely print the complete version for increased quality and ease if I ever had an H2C with the Vortek System.
Consider giving it a try, and feel free to give me some feedback, I'm still learning after all.
(Just a heads‑up: I combined PETG with PLA because this model is meant purely for display. Be mindful though, if you don’t have prior experience mixing filaments, it’s safer to stick with just one type. PLA and PETG don’t bond very well. I used beam interlocking to improve the grip, but even then, it’s not perfect.)
