Expandable Coaster V2

This coaster is more refined and smoother than the previous version

Printing with individual parts

• Please make sure all the "extend arms" use support
• I also recommend printing the screw screw facing down and using supports, so the top pattern is smooth

Improvements

-New top plate patterns that look good and do not move side to side

-Improved mechanism, now more smooth and easy to expand

-New arm variant allows for the tabs to be pulled either side to expand

-New bottom plate allows the throw out plate to sit inside, meaning the mechanism will not be interfered with

Assembly

-Place the 2 arms with the cut-outs into the base plate where the ring around the top drops in

-Place all leftover arms in the spare gaps

-Place the “throw out plate” over the top of the arms, with the flat side facing up

-Place the top patterned plate on top of the assembly, with the circular holes lined up with the arms with the cut-outs

-Make sure the top plate is pushed in lightly and no longer moves or wiggles

-Using a 5mm hex key, screw the centre screw into the body, DO NOT do it up too tightly, loosen if the mechanism feels stiff
