This is a remix of the original PI4B Adapter case from Bigtreetech.

Changes:

Chamfer near the DSI port exit to avoid supports.
Holes where to screw the CB1 and heatsink, both with M2.5 nuts or screw on plastic.
Bigtreetech logo/name raised to the model surface to avoid supports (inside supports are still needed).

EDIT: Only needs (paint on) supports where the closing screws sit and under the wifi antena cut. Bigtreetech word should be placed on bed. Rotate if needed. Check last picture.
