I often take measurements using an Aneng A3005A smart pen-type multimeter. It is a convenient device, but my model has a serious drawback—the black probe connector often loses contact and even pops out of its socket (apparently, the collet connection is loose). To prevent these annoying ejections, I designed a retaining cap that snaps onto the multimeter body and securely holds the black wire connector in place.
I printed the first version of the cap with two latches, but testing it on the device showed that the cap fits perfectly on the multimeter body with just one latch.
To obtain a durable part, I recommend using a sufficiently strong but elastic material—I think PETG or nylon would be suitable. I used Elastan D70CF, a Ukrainian-made filament that was available to me—it prints beautifully with the Generic TPU for AMS profile. The print profile file for Bambu Lab H2S with the correct placement of the part on the printer bed is attached. Please do not allow the Bambu Studio slicer to apply the auto-orientation function—this will result in a cap with a fragile latch (I checked the print of this option and rejected it as unsuitable).
