It’s designed for a 1.5 mm rod – you can use a steel pin, a trimmed nail, or (my personal favorite)…
 a copper wire pulled out of an electrical cable 1,5mm2.
It fits perfectly and is very easy to straighten.

The honeycomb ventilation keeps everything dry, and the ergonomic notch makes opening the lid effortless.
