There are two print profiles:

• The one with "(AMS)…" label in front is optimized for AMS printing. You just need to assign whatever colors you want to each of the bodies. 
• The one with “(noAMS)…” label in from uses predefined pauses for when you need to manually switch the filament spool to the next color
