A simple tool to apply text or measurement lines to bananas.

Practical? Maybe not. But it has memes and jokes like:

How to use: 

Apply pressure moving along the banana.
Press just hard enough to only bruise the skin of the banana so it turns brown.

Printing recommendations:

• PLA is fine
• Use Arachne wallgenerator as that will help with the fine text
• Prints alright with 0,4mm nozzle, for more detail you can use a smaller nozzle
• Use of brim is dependant on your printers adhesion. Housing would need it the most. I like to use ‘mouse ear’ brim is in the supplied 3mf

3mf build plates:
I have chosen for the coolplate as that works perfectly fine for PLA.
 

1. Two shafts, one required per roller. Why not print two as it does not take much extra time.
    

2. The housing. Two sizes, 125mm and 180 mm circumference (~5" and ~7").
   If you only want to print one, choose the bigger one as the smaller wheels also fit.

   To Edit first Mirror Along X, then edit the text. Then you can mirror it again.

   

Note:

• Text should be mirrored when printing so it will be the right way round after rolling.
• Choose a narrow font wide enough to be printed properly. A too wide font will not give enough pressure without squishing the banana too much.
• Text should be embossed about 1.5mm from the surface.
