Descrição
Parametric handlebar risers for motorcycles.
This model lets you raise the handlebar and adapt the dimensions to your own bike using MakerWorld’s Customize button.
The default project includes a print profile with 12 build plates, ready to slice and print:
- Heights from 15 mm to 40 mm in 5 mm steps
- For 22 mm handlebars and 25 mm handlebars
So you can quickly pick the combination that matches your setup without touching the parameters.
If you need something different, you can edit:
- Riser height
- Handlebar diameter
- Bolt hole size (for different screw diameters)
Printing recommendations
Because this is a structural part, you should use a strong filament and solid print settings.
I recommend 100% infill, at least 6 walls/perimeters, and a tough material such as PAHT-CF or a similarly strong engineering filament.
As a reference, I’ve been using a 30 mm version of this riser on my Kawasaki Z400 for over two years with no issues and no visible signs of degradation so far. Your results may vary depending on material, print quality and riding conditions.
Keep in mind that raising the handlebar means the original bolts from your bike will usually be too short.
You’ll need to buy longer bolts matching your bike’s thread and strength grade, and check that everything fits and tightens correctly.
This is a structural part: always double-check fit, bolt engagement and overall safety before riding. Use at your own risk.
