🖨️ Printing Instructions (The Script)

These bins are designed to be relatively easy to print.

• 🧵 Material: PLA, PLA+, or PETG recommended. (PETG preferred for kitchen environments due to higher temperature resistance).
• ⚙️ Basic Settings: 0.4mm standard nozzle, 0.2mm layer height.
• 💪 Strength: 15% - 20% Gyroid or Grid infill. Suggest 3 wall loops for added strength.
• 🧗 Supports:
  • Option A (Well-tuned printer): You may get away with NO supports if your printer has excellent part cooling for the overhang at the front opening.
  • Option B (Safe bet): Use "Tree/Organic Supports" touching the buildplate only to support the very center of the front overhang.

⚠️ Important Disclaimers

• 🍎 Food Safety: While PLA and PETG materials themselves can be food safe, FDM 3D printed parts have micro-layers where bacteria can accumulate over time. These are recommended for dry goods or produce with peels (onions, garlic, lemons, bananas). For direct food contact, consider sealing the print with a food-safe epoxy resin.
• 🧼 Washing: Hand wash only with cool, soapy water. Do not put in the dishwasher, especially if printed in PLA, as it will warp. 🚫
