How To Print

This model recreates the iconic Demogorgon head as a fully functional Popcorn Bucket and yes, you can literally eat popcorn straight from its mouth.
 

You can choose between:

• Color Version (AMS) – includes the red inner mouth for extra detail. It takes longer, and after testing several print orientations, this one offers the best balance of print time and material usage, though the outer surface may show slightly reduced quality.
• Single-Color Version (No AMS) – prints on any machine, including the A1 mini. Great for fast print and simple monster look.

Teeth Assembly:
The teeth can be attached without glue, depending on your filament and printer tolerances. They align using the small ridges on the edges, which helps them snap into place. They can be inserted in more than one orientation, so don’t worry too much about exact positioning

Main Mechanism:
The “petal” head slightly flexes and then snaps onto the bucket frame. Be careful when squeezing it - PLA survived fine in my tests, but PETG may offer extra durability if you worry about cracking.

Mouth Connection:
The mouth section connects to the bending hinge piece using super glue - this part cannot stay together without adhesive. I experimented with scaling for tolerance, and this version worked reliably on my printer. AMS vs. NO-AMS models may result in minor looseness, so take your time adjusting the glue fit.

Bucket Base:
Handle it gently so it doesn’t crack if dropped.
I recommend using food-safe filament, or simply placing a napkin inside the bucket if you don’t.

Notes

This model took many iterations and refinements, and I’m finally happy to release a version that feels polished and functional. I hope you enjoy it - it was a lot of fun bringing this creature to life in bucket form.
