I designed this replacement wagon wheel for anyone who has the same size wheel and needs a durable swap-in solution. The model prints in two parts:

• Outer tire: recommended in TPU for flexibility and grip Inner diameter 95mm, outer diameter 115mm
• Inner wheel: printed in PETG, or any stiffer material depending on your needs, wheel center hole diameter 6.5mm 

This design is easy to assemble and works great as a functional replacement.
