CyberBrick Universal Remote

Ever wanted a professional grade remote for your CyberBrick build but did not want the hassle of custom programming an expensive controller? We have the solution. We designed a remote using CyberBrick components that mimics the look and feel of standard RC transmitters from brands like Heng Long, Torro, Spektrum, and many more!

Using high quality 3D scans, we created a hybrid design inspired by several popular RC remotes on the market. It features four programmable buttons, a vehicle selector, and a shoulder switch. The default layout closely matches the original CyberBrick remotes, allowing you to use standard code while gaining three additional buttons for custom actions.

The design is also 100% glue free and easy to assemble. A custom internal bracket lets you screw in all components securely with no awkward angled screws required. In addition, the control sticks are mechanically limited just before the electronic components reach their maximum range, protecting the internals and ensuring long lasting reliability.

Use in Your Project

If you’d like to use this remote in your project, it’s definitely possible! The bottom of the remote features a large white rectangle, perfect for displaying custom logos or designs.

To incorporate it into your project:

1. Add an SVG or custom design specifically for your remote.
2. Program 3 buttons with your custom actions.

This design uses an additional battery, so the standard triple A battery holder will not fit or function.
