Compact Cardboard & Box Cutter (Replaceable Blade)

Tired of breaking down cardboard boxes by hand or using a normal utility knife without knowing what I might cut underneath, I designed this Compact Cardboard & Box Cutter.

It uses a replaceable utility blade that slides in from the side and is secured with a printed stopper. When the blade gets dull, just pull the stopper out and swap it.

It works well for light cardboard (filament boxes, Amazon-style packaging, smaller shipments) and also for medium cardboard such as pizza boxes or sturdier cartons.

Tip: I’ve also been using it to open packages by cutting just the tape or plastic without worrying about scratching whatever is inside, and it’s been very handy.

Tip2: Also useful to cut hair from brushes.

Warning: Even though the body covers most of the blade, it still uses a real utility blade and can’t fully hide it due to how it cuts. Please handle it with care.
