This is a simple gadget for anyone who wants to print a fidget spinner that doesn't require a bearing. 

You print it, remove it from the printer, remove the supports, and make a few movements until it starts spinning properly, so you can have fun! :) Watch the video. 

It requires about 16g of PLA and an hour of printing. It looks great in a variety of vibrant colors.
