Compact NFC Card-Holder Wallet

A slim, modular wallet designed for makers who want a practical everyday carry solution. This card holder uses a wide elastic band (38 mm) to secure multiple cards and cash, includes a small lower compartment for coins or tiny items, and features an NFC tag on the top cover for sharing your social media or custom links. Easy to print, easy to assemble, and easy to use.

Print Settings

These settings work well for most FDM printers:

• Material: PLA or PETG
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Walls/Perimeters: 3–4
• Infill: 20–30% (Grid or Gyroid recommended)
• Supports: Not required
• Top/Bottom Layers: 4–5
• Bed Temperature: 60°C (PLA), 70–80°C (PETG)
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm standard

Elastic band slot tolerances are tuned for typical 3D-printing accuracy.

• 1× Top Cover (with NFC slot)
• 1× Bottom Body (with storage cavity)
• 1× Middle Frame (optional depending on version)
• 1× 38 mm Elastic Band
• 1× NFC Tag (round or sticker type, NTAG213/215 recommended)

Assembly Guide

1. Print all parts using the recommended settings.
2. Insert the NFC tag into the top cover and press it flat.
3. Slide the elastic band through the side openings and loop it around the frame.
4. Adjust the band tension so cards slide in smoothly but remain secure.
5. Place coins or small items in the bottom compartment if needed.
6. Insert your cards and cash, and you’re ready to go.

Assembly takes less than 2 minutes.

Notes

• Elastic band length can be adjusted depending on how many cards you normally carry.
• NFC tag can be programmed with any NFC app on Android or iOS.
• For the cleanest look, print in two contrasting colors for the frame and band.
