3D Printed Stackable Container with Screw-On Lid and Extension Ring
Edit: Added extension ring on second plate so you can stack spools for a longer container.
After experimenting with several container designs, I found that none fully met my needs. To address this, I created my own version, incorporating the features I value most:
- Compact and space-efficient design
- Stackable construction for easy storage and stability
- Optimized material usage for efficient printing
- Durable screw-on lid that secures smoothly and reliably
This container is exceptionally sturdy, with a lid that threads on effortlessly. Stacking is straightforward, and the containers remain stable when stacked.
Assembly Instructions: Simply press the top and bottom together, then screw on the lid. For best results, ensure your filament is dry to avoid stringing in the threads. Using a lower layer height can further minimize imperfections and improve the fit.
