a Darth Vader wall clock, designed 100% from scratch in Fusion 360!

Features:

• Detailed Vader silhouette with Imperial cog border
• Custom lightsaber minute hand + Vader arm hour hand
• Perfect fit for the Bambu Lab Clock Mechanism (available in their store)
• Printed face-down on the plate for that ultra-smooth, glossy finish (matte black filament underneath)

Print Settings (Bambu Lab A1 – 0.4mm nozzle):

• Filament: Bambu Matte Black PLA
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 15% gyroid
• Supports: None needed (designed support-free)
• Brim: Recommended for better bed adhesion (but not used in my prints so far)

Assembly:

1. Pop in the Bambu Lab clock mechanism from the back
2. Attach custom hands (press-fit – no glue needed)
3. Hang & let the Dark Side tell time
4. There are some pins to guide you on the right fitting position.

Seconds hand -→ I gave you two options, pick the one is best for you:

• Option 1: A second hand with a tiny fitting to be place in the middle of the mechanism, but I warn you - it may get loose over time, so.. prefer the next option. 
• Option 2: (Recommended) A second hand with a wide center to be used along a “seconds hand flange”, like that:

As a suggestion, discard the hands of your clock mechanism and use the flange for the seconds hand and glue it to printed hand.
