Needed a way to display my NFL helmets. The helmet holder by @animuL67 is great and fits the helmets perfectly. Goal is to print a helmet for all 32 NFL teams, that’s a lot of screw holes! I tried mounting the original helmet holder to 1 x 4 cut to length but that wasn’t going to look nice unless the boards were covered or painted.

Watched a video from Clayton Parker aka Uncle Jessy, he was 3D printing shelves to display his 3D printed projects. Awesome idea! Then down a rabbit hole searching, watching videos, looking for something that was not a shelf or shadow box just light weight 3D printable system, that could be modified to meet my specifications. Eventually watching “The Next Layer” (TNL), project to cover his entire studio/office in HSW and MultiBoard. Both are great systems, but total over kill for a 3D printed helmet display. Then I saw a video with Jonathan announcing the release of Multibin Plates.  

In Bambu studio, the Multipoint Plate - 25mm Push-Fit Peg was cut, retaining just the insertion end, which was assembled and merged with the original Helmet Holder designed @animuL67. There are no supports required. The #8 screw hole is left in the model in case I add LED lights to the display later.
