This is a nice strong ladder hook for attaching a ladder to the ceiling. I've got my 6m long aluminium ladder hooked up with two of these although I'm going to add a couple more for extra safety.  Two screw holes in each hook with access hole to make it easy to screw them up. 

I've printed with 5 outer loops and 40% infill.
