This is a detailed, modular 3D printable model of a 3-bedroom family home, complete with garage, entertainment area, boundary walls, pool, and landscaping base.
Each component is designed to print cleanly and assemble easily without complicated supports.

This model makes an excellent desk display, architectural study piece, or miniature design showpiece.

No AMS required.

All components are separate, making printing and assembly easy.

🧱 Assembly Notes

The main house roof is a fit-in-place part.
Do not glue it so that the interior can be viewed.

All other components may be glued to ensure alignment and stability.

Two roof styles are included:

📏 Scale

Model shown is printed at ~1:200 scale (0.5%)

To print at a 1:100 scale, simply scale the model up to 1% in your slicer.
