Descrição
This model was created for my sister its designed to hold the Ipad Gen 9 with the 10.2in screen. However she did use her work Ipad too and that fit in it as well. I'm letting remixes be done so other generation sizes can be made. The method of print I did might not be the best for time and results so I will share what material and settings I used. Along with recomendations since I only did this print once and dont plan on printing again since it was a large print.
There is two bowls to store pens and stuff on the top and then in the back there is a drawer if you want to store stuff in it. Theres a charging hole on the side of the screen for charging your IPad when its in the display and open slots for the volume and power. There is a hole slot for the “Smart Connector” on the ipad but theres a slot cover you can put in if you rather keep it closed off. The home button I dont have a hole for but you can add a negative and make a slot for it if you like.
Material used: PETG
Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
Bed Type: Textured PEI Plate
Supports: I used normal and regret it because it was such a pain to remove a lot of them and feel the tree support might have been easier for removal.
Print Type: 0.20mm Stan
dard with the tweaked settings I saw posted on the community forms for getting better results when printing with PETG
After print I used Super Glue to connect the parts and did lightly sand some spots and spray paint because my PETG must have still had moisture in it because the white color changed as it got further into the each plate.
I did use a gluestick on my plate just incase to prevent the prints from warping.
I hope you enjoy and feel free to boost if you like I will only have this on MakerWorld.
