Modular Wall Hook System

This is a modular, detachable wall hook that comes in two parts: a base and a front attachment.
The base is fixed in place using thumbtack, while the front attachment can be easily swapped out.

You can install it on any surface that supports thumbtack — for example, wooden boards, felt panels, and more.

At the moment, there’s only one hook attachment available, but more designs are planned for future updates!
If you have any ideas or requests for new attachments, feel free to leave a comment — I’d love to hear them.

(The one I’m using in the photos is a bit short — I recommend a slightly longer one for a more secure hold.)

Printing Tips

• Layer height: 0.28 mm (for aesthetic reasons)
• If your parts fit too tightly or too loosely, try adjusting your XY contour compensation.
• Top Z distance: set to 0.1 mm for a smoother inner surface.
  If your support sticks too firmly, try the default 0.2 mm setting instead.

Installation Tip

When fixing the base with thumbtacks, angle it slightly downward — this provides a stronger hold.
The base is designed with a small built-in slope, so aligning it that way gives the best result.
