What to Put In It:

Fill your moss pole with sphagnum moss or coconut coir (available at garden stores or online):
•  Sphagnum Moss: Holds water well, perfect for keeping plant roots hydrated. Great for monstera, pothos, or philodendron. Replace every 6–12 months.
•  Coconut Coir: Tough and long-lasting (1–2 years), with a texture roots love. Ideal for heavier plants.

How to Do It:

1.  Soak the Material: Soak sphagnum moss or coir in water for 15–20 minutes. Squeeze gently so it’s damp, not dripping.

2.  Pack from the Bottom: With the pole open at the bottom (no base or cap), stuff moss or coir inside, starting at the base. Push it in tightly using a stick or spoon handle to fill the hexagonal holes. These holes hold the material in place and let roots grow in.

3.  Work Upward: Keep packing until the stake or extensions are full. For extensions, fill each 8-inch piece before connecting with the twist-and-lock system (align and twist to lock).

4.  Set Up the Pole: Place the pole in your pot’s center, pushing the stake or stabilizing base into the soil for stability.

5.  Attach Your Plant: Gently tie plant stems to the pole with soft ties or velcro. Guide aerial roots into the hexagonal holes to reach the moss/coir.

6.  Water It: Use the funnel cap to pour water inside (1–2 times weekly) to keep the moss/coir moist. Use the standard cap for a neat look when not watering.

7.  Grow Taller: Add more 8-inch extensions (sold separately) as your plant grows. Fill each with moss/coir before locking on.

8.  Care Tip: Check the moss/coir every 6–12 months. If dry or worn, unpack and refill from the bottom. Wipe the PLA pole with a damp cloth to clean.

Why It Works: The hexagonal cutouts grip moss/coir tightly, helping roots stick and grow. Eco-friendly PLA is lightweight and strong, perfect for your indoor jungle!
