UPDATE 3!

Again? Of course! NEW UPDATEEEEEEE!
This time I decided to create something that's always fascinated me: the Alofs System. To update the model, simply remove the handle and attach the new part.
You can find the Alofs System on the following MakerWorld page: [https://makerworld.com/en/models/2141961-alofs-system-working-toy-shotgun#profileId-2320260](https://makerworld.com/en/models/2141961-alofs-system-working-toy-shotgun#profileId-2320260)

UPDATE 2!

Yes, you read that right, another update... This time I've introduced a new version of the shotgun, which I've uploaded as a new model and which you can find at the following link: Sawn-off Shotgun - Working Toy - 100% 3D Printed by Franz-Creator MakerWorld: Download Free 3D Models
For those interested, a print profile is available to update the current model to the new one (there's not much to change).

UPDATE!

The model has undergone an update! I've introduced a cartridge ejection mechanism, which eliminates the need to manually remove the cartridge, along with small improvements in tolerances and barrel length (which was a bit excessive).

Here are the instructions for assembling the updated ejection mechanism:

THIS MODEL IS PURELY A TOY

After quite some time, I finally decided to make a new toy gun. I present to you the 3D Printed Working Toy Shotgun!

The toy Shotgun is entirely 3D printed and does not require any extra components (apart from the glue to assemble it) and it doesn't require any support to print (risky but possible). To shoot, you need to print the cartridge that you can find at the following link: Working Toy Cartridge V2 - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld

For now with the following model the firing range is limited due to the friction of the shot inside the barrel.

Tip 1: Some parts are very tall and have a relatively small support base, so there's a risk of them coming off the plate or wobbling a lot. If you're worried about this happening, it's a good idea to add supports.
Tip 2: Given the very tight tolerances, it is highly recommended to print the model in PETG-CF (and PLA Wood for the handle and stock).

For assembly follow the tutorial below:

WARNING!
This Shotgun is a toy and is not designed to fire live ammunition.
The cartridges it uses work thanks to elastic bands, so their power is limited.
Do not fire at anyone without their consent

For those who do not use the print profile, it is mandatory to use these settings for the respective parts:

  • UPDATE_Barrel_Handle_3D printed rifle_Franz-Creator
set the X-Y Contour Compensation to -0.12
  • Main body_Righ-pannel--middle-part---Connector_3D printed rifle_Franz-Creator
set the X-Y Contour Compensation to -1
  • Stock_ButtPad-Middle-stock --- Connector_3D printed rifle_Franz-Creator
set the X-Y Contour Compensation to -0.3
  • Stock_Grip_3D printed rifle_Franz-Creator
set the X-Y Hole Compensation to 0.14
