Here we have a tiny engine block fidget toy, Small and simple. its print in place so you just need to remove the few bits of support and you are off.
Its small enough to use a a key ring or pop it in your pocket.
It will need a slightly firmer initial twist but then is will spin freely and continue to loosen off with use.
