Clock Position Finder for Pipeline Integrity (NDT Tool)

Description:
This 3D-printed tool is designed to simplify and standardize clock position referencing during pipeline integrity inspections.

It provides a clear and repeatable way to identify and communicate defect orientation (@ 2:15”) directly on cylindrical pipe surfaces. The integrated bubble level ensures consistent horizontal alignment, while the rotational clock face allows precise visual indication of position around the pipe’s circumference. (Markings are down to 0:15 minute increments.)

Insert 3 - 20x3mm round magnets into each slot

Use a 8mm 2.5mm button bold with washer and hex nut.

Bubble Level will Slide into the insert on the Dial and fit snuggly in place. You can add some CA glue if needed.
