A classic mechanical problem solved with 3D printing. The original fan knob broke, so I took the opportunity to design a stronger, better version.

This knob is engineered for a precise press-fit. It was modeled from scratch using CAD to ensure all dimensional tolerances were met, resulting in a durable and functional fix.

• Design Goal: Durability and improved ergonomics.
• Recommendation: Print at 100% infill with a strong filament like PETG or ABS for long-term use.( i printed in PLA)
• Application: Direct replacement for the original knob on.
