Floating Valve for Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Water Tank 💧

Keep your Xiaomi robot vacuum running perfectly with this custom floating valve designed to fit the clean water tank system.
This part ensures stable water flow, proper suction control, and prevents airlocks or leaks that can occur with worn-out or clogged original parts.

The model consists of two interlocking pieces with a fine mesh filter, optimized for resin or FDM printing using transparent or semi-transparent materials. The design maintains buoyancy while allowing smooth water passage through the tank.

⚙️ Assembly Note:
After joining both printed parts together, make sure to seal the joint completely to prevent water from entering the inside of the float.
Before sealing, insert a magnet with a diameter of 12 mm and height of 1.6 mm into the designated cavity — this ensures proper magnetic detection and float positioning within the tank.
💡 It is strongly recommended to use UV-curing epoxy resin for perfect waterproof sealing.
