Trays with central dividers have been added

Pockets for magnets on the bottom of the trays are now available and customizable.

Divider options: 

Tray - Central Divider length: Splits the length of the tray into two equal compartments. 

Tray - Central Divider Width: Splits the width of the tray into two equal compartments. 

Tray - Central Grid Dividers: Tray is split into four equal compartments.

Magnet note: 

Magnets work best if glued in place

Oversize the magnet diameter by 0.011 in

Increase the depth of the magnet by 0.015 in for a flush bottom - no support required.

This is a simple tray generator.  Use the 'customize' option to adjust the dimensions of the tray to suit your specific application.

I use these trays to store anything and everything – 3D prints and other small parts, fasteners, drilling/driving bits, desk items, etc. 

PETG and PLA both work great. The material choice depends on your application.  

Layer height: 0.2mm

Infill: Gyroid 25%

Walls: 2

Note: Use 3 walls for a solid tray wall (no infill).

Length (customizable): 8.50 in

Width (customizable): 4.00 in

Height (customizable): 1.50 in

Wall thickness (customizable): 0.10 in

Bottom thickness (customizable): 0.125 in
