This is my parametric jar container with a clean printable, triple start, quick release thread!
Revision note:
30.10.2025 Version 2 → The previous model had a flaw in the lid. This flaw has been fixed in this new version that i uploaded.
This parametric container gives you perfect control over the desired dimensions for your project! You can change the inner diameter, inner heigth and wall thickness. Wheter you want to store something tiny or securely store a larger object, here is your solution!
You could store pills, screws, knobs, marbles, threaded nuts or any other small parts in these jars.
My parametric models with threads are -as far as i've seen- the only ones with cleanly printable designed custom threads! Those threads are completely designed by me with the intention to achieve the cleanest possible print results!
If you customize the model:
- The height should not be lower than 35mm
- the bottom diameter should be about 20mm bigger than the top diameter
- the fillet radius looks best between 3 and 5mm.
Features:
- fully customizable inner bottom diameter, inner top diameter, inner heigth, fillet radius and wall thickness
- clean printable, triple start, quick release thread
- non- printed parts: none!
- clean 3d printable design
Dimensions:
Please note that the adjustable dimensions are measured inside, see sketch below (only the container is shown, without the lid).

After customizing the model:
Download the model as a 3mf. file and import it into your slicer, click on the model and split it to objects. Turn the lid upside down, so it lays with its top facing down. Now you can colorize the two parts as you desire. Just Now you can choose the print order “by object” or distribute the two parts on two different plates if you like to have two different colors for the parts.
You could add some customized colour pattern on the lid, like i showed in my pictures. You can achieve this by using modifiers in bambu studio.
