I recently rewatched the 2007 Transformers movie and I thought that Optimus' Energon sword arm that he used to absolutely brutalize Bonecrusher, and I just had to make it for my Dummy. You might have to jostle it a bit to get the sword to fit, I suggest putting the end into the hole on the frame, then laying it flat and lightly pushing. It shouldn't need that much effort, but the clearances are a bit tight. Hopefully it should just work on most printers, it worked fine several times on mine. I printed both the sword and the frame in PETG.
The middle of the frame is a relatively long bridge, you might need supports, but you should be fine. Just clip off any extra extrusions along the bottom and you're good to go.
