A practical divider for filament storage racks — keeps your spools organised by material or colour.
Sized at 200 × 225 × 1.5 mm, with lightweight cutouts to minimise material use.
The top label is a separate object, so you can easily change the text to suit your needs (e.g. “PLA”, “PETG”, “ABS”, etc.).

Printed in PLA, about 30 g total, using a single filament change for the text (only 1 layer).

Designed for strength and minimal warp, even when printed flat on a textured plate.

Notes:

• Model includes text as a separate mesh for easy editing.
• Works well with standard 1 kg filament spools.
• Flat and low-profile, so it doesn’t waste space in your storage setup.

To update the text:

1.  Select Objects, then right click on the text(bottom) object, then select ‘Edit Text’

2.  Edit the text to what ever you need - the Font and size can also be changed, but I found the current font and size works well.
 

Then print.  The included print profile is 0.28mm height on both the initial layer and layer height, with only a single colour change needed.  Then you are good to print.  You can of course adjust these, but they were selected for speed - they don't need to look that pretty…
