Hanging Storage Caddy

Simple rod-mounted storage for small tools and handheld appliances

I made this because my hand blender never really had a good place to sit, and it was either taking up valuable counter space or shoved into a drawer. This caddy hangs from a small rod or bar and keeps things like blenders, mixers, or other small tools easy to grab but out of the way.

Both versions are included in this file:

• Plate 1 – includes a wire holder, great if your tool has a cord.
• Plate 2 – cleaner version without the wire holder.

The hook isn’t a clip — it just rests on the rod, which makes it easy to move around or take off when you need to. It takes a bit of time to print since it’s built for strength to handle normal wear and tear, though I’m not exactly sure what the upper weight limit is.

Print settings I used:

• 6 wall loops
• 25% infill density
• Random seam position
• Gyroid infill pattern
• Normal (auto) supports

Material: PLA
