On Halloween, Qbert jumped off the pyramid, tripped over a witch's potion, and poof! He turned into an orange pumpkin with a trumpet nose! He tried to curse, but all that came out was "@!#?@!" His friends—the snake Coily, the lazy creature Hug, and the goofy Wrong Way—watched in amazement. At the end of the night, Qbert returned to normal and climbed back up to his pyramid.
