🧩 Assembly Instructions

Parts required:

  • body (x1)
  • top (x1)
  • bar (x1)
  • spring (x2)
  • block (x2)
  • button (x1)
  • trigger (x1)
  • Screw M4 x 15 (x1)
  • Screw M4 x 5 (x1)
  • bolt M4 (x2)

Assembly steps:

  1. Prepare all parts
Clean the printed parts from any stringing or rough edges to ensure smooth movement.

  2. Insert the ratchet arm
Slide the ratchet arm into the main body slot until it fits snugly. Make sure the teeth face the locking direction.

  3. Attach the handle
Align the handle’s pivot hole with the main body and insert the pin or printed axle. Check that the handle moves freely.

  4. Mount the upper jaw
Secure the jaw piece on top using the bolt or pin provided in the design. It should press down firmly on the work surface when the handle is squeezed.

  5. Install the release lever
Position the small release lever so it can lift the ratchet arm teeth when pressed. Test that the mechanism releases smoothly.

  6. Final test
Attach the clamp to a tabletop or board and squeeze the handle to engage the ratchet. Use the release lever to open it again.
Adjust if needed for smoother motion.
