This is a replica of the cardboard spool that comes with Bambulab. It is re-usable and is capable of filling the 1kg spools. The dimension match the cardboard spool outer diameter, so it won't mess with the KG markings accuracy on the side of the spools. 

I designed this since I like using 3-d printed spools, however after I 3-d print the spool, I want the filament on the new spool, and moving it from spool to spool tends to make the filament wrap around itself, causing snapping and issues with the feeding. I saw other derivatives of re-spoolers, however I did not like how it changed the height of the spool, making filament the filament markings inaccurate. 

This design takes less force to separate the filament from the spool than the tape does, however it doesn't take too little force to start re-spooling filament. I used my hands to spool the filament in the pictures as an example, and plan on printing a re-spooler and trying that at another time.
