Welcome to mine & my daughters sword design! My daughter is at it again and is being Rumi For Halloween, She requested her 2 handed sword light up & I deiced to take a step further and made it collapsible! That way when she is sick of caring it Its easier to put in the car!

I did design this as a muli-color print but you could print the handle just in gold and and it would still look just as awesome! Handle is pre split to print. I also wanted to come up with a design that made it so you could get the flashlight out after the use on Halloween so the blade has locking tabs into the hilt. It is a tight fit keep in mind when putting them together its a good chance they don't come apart again or you'll split the sheath of the collapsing blade that is why its reprint able separately!!  

I have the sheath of the blade separate from the other sections printing because the bumps that help it lock into the hilt would be in the way for printing so after removing it from the bed just slip the other sections inside the sheath then place assembly onto hilt pressing down firmly locking it into place don't for get to put in full charged flashlight first!!

I used Transparent blue & pink PLA for the blade you could play around with this glow in the dark would be fun also!
